Q: Am I charged if my flight is delayed ?
A: No we do not charge you any extra if your flight is
delayed. We check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver.
Q: How do I pay ?
A: We accept all major credit cards as payment with Google Checkout, in car chip and pin terminals or you can pay by cash on the
day.
Q: When should I pay with A Card ?
A: Whenever
you want, but we do insist on having an online payment if we are
only collecting you from an Airport.
Q: Where do I meet my driver when I
land at the airport ?
A: Your driver will text you if you have
provided your mobile number. The drivers text will have exact
instructions of where to meet. Please take a note of our phone
number so you can ring us if you need to.
Q: Do you operate a fixed price policy
?
A: The price quoted is the price you pay. The
price paid allows for up to 45 minutes waiting time after the plane
lands. Each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at
£3.
Q: Will I get a receipt ?
A: Your driver will supply you with a receipt,
if required. If you pay online you can print your own receipt.
Q: How early do I need to book my car?
A: All online bookings should be made 48 hours
in advance. For bookings within the next 48 hours please call us to
confirm availability.
Q: Do you operate24 hours a day?
A: Yes we provide a 24hour service.
Q: If I book online, will I get email
confirmation ?
A: If you book online we will confirm your
booking to you within 24 hours.
Q: What happens if I want to use my child's
car seat ?
A: Use the child's car seat, then we can store
it for you until your return journey.
Q: Do you take account customers?
A: Yes we are always happy to set up a new
company account.
Q: Are your cars fitted with noisy taxi
radio's?
A: No they are not, as we do not take on
regular taxi work.
Q: Is it possible for me to work on the
move?
A: Yes most of our vehicles have invertors, so
you can plug your lap top in.
Q: Do you do local short taxi journeys?
A: No we offer a dedicated airport transfer service and long
distance travel only.
